update

I currently weigh 108. I didn't update sooner because my life has been crazy.

I did the saltwater flush again, liked it. I may have the recipe down. Or I may tweak it again. I'm not sure.

The party got moved to this Sunday, so I have another four days to lose the last lbs. That's why there will be only water tomorrow, a light snack on Thursdays, and then maybe a juice fast til Sunday afternoon. I'm not sure yet, but the plan is NO REAL FOOD.

So...

I used a BMI calculator to see where I rank on the BMI scale.

Guess what? 

I'm overweight. 27.7. 

Are we shocked? 

Nope.

And in the beginning

I weigh 115 lbs. 

Which sucks.

Am I obsessed about my weight? Probably.

My goal is to lose 15 lbs by March 1. I'm going to be 100 lbs by the time I go to a party on that night - I will look good in the pictures and I will have a fabulous time. 

Which means, starting in the morning, food is pretty much forbidden.

Water is my friend. 

Maybe some juice.
